Upgrading to a new monthly tier takes effect in your next billing cycle

Upgrading to an annual tier takes effect immediately, along with all benefits and entry allocations

Downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle

If you’re on an annual plan, your tier (and associated entries) remain fixed until your renewal date

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. While subscriptions are non-refundable, you can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle with no hidden fees or penalties. Your benefits will remain active until the end of your subscription period.

How are winners selected and announced?

Do entries roll over to future promotions?
- Yes — if you’re a Member, your monthly entry allocation is ongoing and cumulative:
- Entries are automatically banked and added to your total each month
- They never expire, as long as your membership remains active
- Your total entries are used for each new promotion unless a specific campaign has unique entry rules (which will always be stated clearly in the campaign terms)

If you cancel your membership, your accumulated entries become inactive and will not carry forward unless you resubscribe.Non-Members who purchase a one-off entry package will only have entries valid for that specific promotion.
Can Members win multiple giveaways?
